Dr. Shannon Decker took a background in education and was able to become a nationally recognized speaker in healthcare discussing how to bridge the gaps between payers and providers. She gives amazing insights on a variety of topics – things we don’t normally think about, but our big takeaway message is that this is still a people business.
People are not machines. People are not numbers. People are not software. People have multiple sources of motivation. And if we’re going to improve healthcare, we have to remember that, first.
